MEET OUR
TEAm
Advisory TEAm
Sibling-led organization

Welcome to TEA
TEA – Tertiary Education Advisors, featured in Forbes India, is an international youth empowerment organisation with clients from more than 12 countries. We are best known for helping students gain admission to some of the world’s leading universities, and for mentoring young people with purpose, clarity and direction.
Admissions is a key part of what we do, but our work extends beyond helping students secure offers. At TEA, we work closely with young people to build career clarity, strengthen decision-making, develop practical skills, and cultivate the values and mental frameworks that help them succeed in any country, course, or professional environment. These values are not only drawn from a classroom – instead they come from sport. TEA was founded by two siblings, both international athletes, who committed their lives to sport from a young age and experienced firsthand how that commitment opened doors across the world. The discipline, resilience, and clarity of purpose that sport demands became the foundation of how TEA approaches student development. Through sports-led mentorship, we transfer those same values to the next generation, helping young people build the mindset and character that make opportunity enduring and meaningful.
Founded by international athletes, TEA brings a performance-driven perspective to student development. We place discipline, consistency, resilience, accountability, and execution at the centre of our approach, drawing from the world of sport to help students become individuals who are not only capable on paper, but dependable in practice.
At its core, TEA is about preparing young people not just for admissions, but for life. Whether a student is aiming for a top university, exploring the right career path, or trying to develop the confidence and habits needed to perform at a high level, we help them grow into people who can navigate opportunity with intent and maturity.
Why TEA
A different standard of preparation.
Most students focus on building profiles, but we focus on developing individuals who can think clearly, communicate precisely, and perform under pressure in competitive global environments.
Our work is not transactional or short-term; it is a structured mentorship process designed to build judgment, direction, and the ability to stand out with substance.
If you are looking for shortcuts, we are not the right fit, but if you are looking to build something meaningful and long-term, we should talk.

Our Edge: The Mental Framework Company
At TEA (Tertiary Education Advisors), we don’t just help students get in; we prepare them to operate effectively once they’re there.
Founded by international athletes, our approach is shaped by environments where performance, consistency, and decision-making under pressure matter.
We focus on how students think, handle setbacks, and make decisions in competitive settings, not just what they achieve.
Prepared for the Real World
The environments students enter are demanding and unpredictable, where expectations are high and outcomes are rarely linear.
We prepare them to navigate this with clarity, resilience, and the ability to stay effective under pressure.
Over time, this builds individuals who are not only capable on paper, but reliable in practice.
