With over 7 years of diverse professional work experience across finance, global education, consulting, and over 20 years of experience in competitive sports, Siddharth brings a unique, cross-functional lens to youth development. His journey across boardrooms, classrooms, and courts has shaped his understanding of discipline, opportunity, and ambition - values he now shares with the next generation.

Wall Street & Global Exposure : Siddharth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance and is an NCAA Division 1 college athlete alumnus from the United States, where he received both athletic and academic scholarships. His early career included working on Wall Street, where he honed his analytical thinking, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.

Sport as a Foundation : A former professional tennis player, Siddharth rose through India’s national tennis circuit to the international arena, ultimately playing as a U.S. college student-athlete. The competitive rigour of sport taught him discipline, resilience, sacrifice, and the ability to thrive under pressure - all of which continue to inform his approach to mentorship today. He actively champions the role of sports in college admissions and life skill development, believing that the court is as much a classroom as any lecture hall.

Varda Anand is the heartbeat of TEA’s counseling philosophy- a co-founder whose journey from international student-athlete to global mentor shapes everything TEA stands for: grit, growth, and grounded guidance.

Having earned both academic and athletic scholarships to study and compete in NCAA Division II tennis in the U.S., Varda brings lived experience to the dreams of every student TEA supports. Her leadership fuses sharp strategy with human connection, leading the counseling vertical and shaping the student experience across every touchpoint.

A 100% scholarship awardee at the University of Sydney, Vansh brings a rare balance of real-world business insight and student-first empathy. At TEA, he spearheads global expansion, strategic growth, and system-building—driving scale without ever losing the white-glove touch the company is known for.

Under his leadership, TEA has grown from a personalized mentorship company into a powerhouse of youth transformation—crossing ₹8 crore in scholarships, thousands of applications, and presence across 8+ countries.
